Kate Sutherland

Kate Sutherland is a community and organizational development consultant who specializes in the design and facilitation of game-changing processes for organizations, programs and communities. She has worked with all levels of government, on dozens of multi-stakeholder initiatives, and on a variety of social policy issues including homelessness, early child development, women’s safety, urban design, food security, sustainability, social economy, and community economic development. She is the author of two books, Make Light Work in Groups: 10 Tools to Transform Meetings, Companies and Communities, and Make Light Work: 10 Tools for Inner Knowing.
